About Me
I am Christelle and I am a Certified Health, Wellness and Life Coach, and Psychology Graduate. My interest in Health & Wellness Coaching comes from my personal journey to health. After personal trauma in 2017, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Though the diagnosis helped me to finally connect the dots between all my symptoms, it did not make the struggle with fatigue, pain, brain fog and other symptoms any less. What followed was a trial-and-error journey with medications and treatments, while I experienced my quality of life deteriorating. I was constantly feeling ill and fatigued. I clearly remember thinking “surely this cannot be as good as it gets?”. My mental health was also deteriorating and out of desperation I decided to take my health and life back in my own hands.
My continuing health journey started then and today I am happy, healthy and no longer on chronic medication for my autoimmune disease! My own journey, and realising the profound effect that a balanced and healthy lifestyle can have on both your physical and mental health, inspired me to want to help you also take your health and life back.
With my psychology background I have always had a keen interest in human behaviour, and how our beliefs and thoughts influence our journey. We are all infinitely resourceful and capable of making the right decisions and changes to live our best lives. Reaching optimal wellness is not just a physical journey, but also an inner journey with yourself.

Why Health, Wellness & Life Coaching?
From my own journey, I assist clients with autoimmune and other non-communicable diseases (e.g. diabetes or cholesterol) to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life through lifestyle changes.
I also help clients who feel unhealthy, unbalanced, have low energy and feel like they need to get back to their healthy, happy self to live an authentic and fulfilled life.
Why Health, Wellness & Life Coaching?
Do you know the 3-6-36 Rule? It takes:
3 weeks to break a habit.
6 weeks to form a habit.
36 weeks to consolidate a habit.
Health coaching helps you to make lasting changes towards a healthy, balanced, life, including stress management, sleep patterns, healthy eating, movement, human interaction and more. It is not necessarily focused on weight and exercise (though it can be). The focus is moving towards health and wellness while living true to your authentic self – this is the only way to lasting results.
Health coaching is focused on behavioural change – you are rewiring many years of habits and programming through small, achievable steps to ensure sustainability over time. I offer a number of programmes that you can use individually or in combination to ensure that the changes you implement become permanent.
Coaching is a client-driven process and you will determine what we focus on and what feels manageable to you. This journey is not a quick fix.
During sessions, we will work together to set motivational and achievable goals and move you forward to achieve them. If your programme goals include weight loss, remember that you are not following a diet, but going through a holistic lifestyle intervention that will improve your health, quality of life and that will move you towards a healthy weight in the process.

Sessions are done virtually in the comfort of your home or office. I use Google Meet, but we can also use other platforms if preferred. Add-on’s, emails, worksheets and homework may be included, to facilitate greater success.

Programme 1
Heal Through Food & Lifestyle- For Autoimmune diseases, Diabetes and other non-communicable Diseases
- 10 sessions (to be completed within 12 weeks / 3 months)
Programme 2
Back to basics Health & Lifestyle Coaching- Back to basics for a balanced, healthy life focused on your identified goals
- 5 sessions (to be completed within 6 weeks / 1.5 months)
Programme 3
Optimal Health & Lifestyle Coaching- In-depth coaching for a balanced, healthy life focused on your identified goals
- 10 sessions (to be completed within 12 weeks / 3 months)
You will notice that the 10 session packages give you 10 sessions over 3 months / 12 weeks, so you have 2 additional weeks in case you need to postpone a session or two during the programme. Similarly, the 5 session package runs over 1.5 months / 6 weeks, giving you 1 additional week in case you need to postpone one of the sessions.

Full support- 10 sessions (to be completed within 12 weeks / 3 months)
Programme 2
Medium Support- 10 sessions (to be completed within 24 weeks / 6 months)

Regular Check-in- 3 sessions (1 per month to be completed within 12 weeks / 3 months)
Packages are payable upfront. There is also an option to schedule payment over a few months (interest free):

- Eating for specific health conditions
- Nutrition Education and guidance
- Lifestyle Education and guidance (incl. sleep, stress management, social connection and more)
- Motivational coaching tools most weeks
- Additional resources to help you on your journey (guidelines, tricks & tips, etc)
- Personal coaching support for new habits and diet adjustments
- Weekly check-in via email or whatsapp if needed (within office hours)

(5 sessions / 6 weeks):
Back to basics Health & Lifestyle Coaching
Programme focus and session content will be finalised after our 90 minute introduction session where you will determine the focus.

- Weekly check-in via email or whatsapp if needed (within office hours)
